Sounds of desert wind, sand and tuareg for relaxing, meditation and sleep
The Sahara Desert is the largest on the planet. In size, it occupies an area slightly smaller than the area of the United States. And at the same time, only 2 million people live in it, which are located in small settlements near oases and reliable sources of water.
Amazing terrain ... terrible, merciless, but amazing.
In conditions when a maximum of 20 cm of precipitation falls during a year, the temperature can reach 55 degrees and often a strong northeast wind blowing, bringing desert storms, plants, animals and people manage to exist.
And in the Sahara there is "Singing Dunes." These huge dunes, which under the influence of the wind emit powerful vibrations and sounds reminiscent of the hum of the engine of a huge aircraft.
We suggest you plunge into this atmosphere, listen to the sounds of the wind carrying sand from the dune to the dune.
Hear the horn used by the nomadic Tuareg and Berber tribes for religious purposes and to guide a herd of sheep, goats or camels.

The following is an extract from wikipedia's description of Relaxation.:- "Relaxation of the mind and body, is the emotional state of a living being, of low tension, in which there is an absence of arousal that could come from sources such as anger, anxiety, or fear. Relaxation is a form of mild ecstasy coming from the frontal lobe of the brain in which the backward cortex sends signals to the frontal cortex via a mild sedative.
Relaxation can be achieved through meditation, autogenics*, and (progressive muscle relaxation)**. Relaxation helps improve coping with stress. Stress is the leading cause of mental problems and many physical problems, therefore feeling relaxed is beneficial for a person's health. When we are stressed, the sympathetic nervous system is activated because we are in a fight-or-flight response mode; over time, this could have negative effects on a human body.
Herbert Benson, a professor at the medical school at Harvard University, discovered the relaxation response which is a mechanism of the body that counters the Fight-or-flight response. The relaxation response reduces the body's metabolism, heart and breathing rate, blood pressure, muscle tension, and calms brain activity. It increases the immune response, helps attention and decision making, and changes gene activities that are the opposite of those associated stress. The relaxation response is achieved through meditation.
